2D/3D CAD DESIGNS
Using the latest version of Solidworks CAD, our team of designers can produce detailed models and drawings for your tooling requirements.
CNC MACHINING
K.B. Tool has three Haas vertical machining centers powered by the latest version of MasterCAM, where we manufacture every component in house from large die shoes up to 84" in length to all complex 3D form tooling
WIRE EDM MACHINING
K.B. Tool utilizes three Wire EDM's powered by MasterCAM, to produce parts of complex shape and extreme accuracy.
Materials cut can be steel, aluminum, and carbide.
GENERAL MACHINING
Using a CNC machine to map out toolpaths, turning the designs into 3D machined parts.
Creating parts from a variety of materials, in varying finishes, with tolerances to the nearest .0005”.
K.B. Tool & Machine has been in operation since 1974 at our 14,000 sq. ft facility in Penetanguishene, an industrial hub of Simcoe County.
